Iโm excited to announce that we have a special guest speaker, Bryan Snyder coming doing a presentation on nutrition for athletes! Best part โ it is free for all athletes and parents to attend!
This is a great opportunity to learn about how to fuel our bodies for peak performance and recovery. This will be a comprehensive nutrition presentation covering health and wellness for high school kids. Topics include building a good plate at each meal, creative ways to increase fruits and vegetables, taking advantage of resources, packing healthy snacks, hydration and electrolytes, food for optimal brain health and cognition, importance of sleep and good sleep hygiene, etc.

His goal is to teach the proper way to fuel, hydrate, and recover athletes and to serve high schools, parents, and coaches in all things nutrition related. These tailored nutrition services are designed to empower high schools, individual teams, coaches, parents, and athletes in optimizing athletic performance and promoting overall well-being.
