8:30am – Coach’s meeting (at the finish line)
9:00am – Girls Varsity 5k (top 5 score; race 9)
9:30 – Boys Varsity 5k (top 5 score; race 9)
10:00 – Awards Ceremony at Start Line
We want EVERYONE to be present for awards. Please plan on leaving after awards.

Schools:
Arapahoe, Chatfield, Columbine, Dakota Ridge, Denver South, Fruita Monument, Heritage, Highlands Ranch, Lakewood, Mountain Vista, Thunder Ridge

State Qualifying Procedure:
Top four teams – all athletes who finish in the top 15 places. Full teams must consist of 5 to 9 members (score “5”).

Awards:
Ribbons will be presented to those individuals who have finished in the top 15 places in the regional meet. Plaques will be presented to the first and second place at each regional meet.

Parking:
The interior parking at Washington Park will be closed, so please park at the school or on the street.

Team Camp:
Team camps are set up along the east side of the park across the bike path from the course. Please abide by the Denver Parks and Rec Regulations:
Do not tie tents to trees
Do not stake tents to ground

Restrooms:
Porto potties are near the start line on the walking area of the road. There are additional restrooms just north of the gardens across from the parking lot off of Franklin and Mississippi. Finally on the south end of the tennis courts there are additional port of potties and permanent restrooms.
