HEAT SHEET WILL BE ATTACHED THE DAY OF THE MEET

The entries for this meet have been uploaded. They can be found under the ‘Meet Entries/Results’ tab.

Attached is the schedule for this meet. Day 2 of this meet will be anyone that makes finals from Day 1, finishing top 9 in the event (events that are 400m and below) and the distance races they did not run on Day 1. Please look it over and note the time of your race(s). Day 2 of the meet does have a schedule and will stick to the schedule as best as possible. Please make sure to get to the meet 2 hours (1 hour for early events) before the time listed on the schedule. Check in with a coach at the meet to know if they are ahead or behind to get a better idea on when to start warming up.

All spectators are welcome to the meet! This will be a highly competitive meet : ) If you take any awesome pictures or videos don’t hesitate to share them with Coach Gysin. If you post anything on Instagram don’t hesitate to tag our team (@drhstf).
