General Updates:

- Need help with your nutrition? Here is a handbook to help out. The end of the handbook has amazing summaries that everyone should read!

- If you are in town for spring break, the expectation is that you are at practice. If you are out of town, have a great vacation!

- If you would like to workout while you are soaking up the sun or shredding the gnar, here is a document outlining what you can do while you are out on vacation. If you have any questions or need adjustments, reach out to your event coach.

- Practices over spring break will be from 9am to 10:30am. Monday will go a bit longer if you stay to lift after practice. We will meet down on the track. Make sure to bring warm layers!

Coaching Corner:

Huge shout out to Gavin Vahle for all the support he gave this weekend! I saw him everywhere and helped everyone out. We are so lucky to have him on our team and I appreciate everything he does. We all owe him a huge thank you.

This weekend, our team stepped onto the track for our first varsity meet of the season, and what a way to kick things off! From the sprints to the distance races, from the throws to the jumps, everyone showed up ready to compete. The energy, the effort, and the drive were all there, and it was incredible to see the months of training start to come together.

We had some standout performances, personal bests, and moments of grit that proved just how much potential this team has. But what’s most exciting? This is just the beginning. We have so much room to grow, refine our skills, and push ourselves to new levels. The foundation is set—we’re only going to get stronger, faster, and more confident from here.

As we move forward, let’s stay focused on the little things: refining our form, sharpening our race strategies, and continuing to build each other up. Every rep in practice, every lift in the weight room, and every mindset shift matters.

Keep the fire burning, stay hungry, and let’s keep working. The best is yet to come!
