Coaching Corner:

Week 1 Recap: A Strong Start to Track and Field Season!

The first week of track and field practice is officially in the books, and what a start it has been! One of the highlights of the week was our team scrimmage, where we put our training to the test with our annual 4×400m relay race. The competition was fierce, but more importantly, the support and camaraderie among teammates were even stronger. It was incredible to see everyone pushing themselves while cheering each other on.

Beyond the physical effort, the team dynamic is already shaping up to be something special. The positivity and encouragement from both returning athletes and newcomers has set the tone for what promises to be an exciting season.

As we head into Week 2, we’ll continue to refine our technique, increase our intensity, and build on the strong foundation we’ve set. Keep up the great work, and let’s carry this momentum forward!
